Our Nogi BJJ Kids program is designed for children aged 7 to 12, providing an energetic, fun, and structured environment where young practitioners can develop confidence, discipline, and physical awareness through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Unlike traditional Gi classes, Nogi BJJ is faster-paced and more dynamic, helping children build a deeper understanding of BJJ techniques while learning to apply them in a way closer to real-world or street situations. These kids BJJ classes are perfect for children with lots of energy or those who benefit from structured activity. Students develop self defence, coordination, strength, and problem-solving skills while learning how BJJ techniques translate both on the mats and in practical scenarios.
