Our BJJ Nogi Grappling Adult classes are designed for anyone aged 13 and over who wants to experience the fast-paced, dynamic world of Nogi BJJ. Removing the traditional gi, these sessions focus on grappling, speed, and fluid technique, making it an ideal environment for developing adult grappling skills and improving your overall game. This class is perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, offering a safe space to explore transitions, submissions, and control techniques at a higher intensity. Participants also benefit from elements of adult wrestling, helping improve takedowns, balance, and positional dominance, all of which transfer directly to both Nogi and gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Training in this class builds not only physical fitness and coordination but also mental toughness, problem-solving, and adaptability under pressure.
