Our BJJ Adult Advanced class is designed for students aged 13 and over who have earned at least two stripes on their white belt or higher and are ready to elevate their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training. This advanced martial arts class builds on foundational skills, allowing students to explore more complex techniques, positional strategies, and dynamic transitions at a faster pace suited to experienced learners. With a solid understanding of the basics, you’ll refine timing, improve control, and dive deeper into sequences that strengthen your overall game. Classes challenge both the body and mind — enhancing problem-solving under pressure, adaptability, and strategic thinking — all in a structured and supportive environment. Beyond individual skill development, this class is an opportunity to connect with our broader Aragona Martial Arts community, training alongside dedicated peers from Ferring, Worthing, Angmering, Goring-by-Sea, and East Preston who share a passion for growth, excellence, and adult martial arts.
