This Class is suitable for Beginners to BJJ at Aragona Martial Arts. Coaching focuses on the warm up movements and drills which are the foundation of all our BJJ classes. Slower-paced and focused with more personal support and patience as necessary to master these elements to boost confidence in the other mixed classes
