Our BJJ Workshop is designed for all ages and abilities, making it the perfect class for individuals, teens, adults, and families who want to deepen their skills and understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This workshop-style session provides a unique opportunity to discuss challenges and questions with our Head Coach, giving personalised guidance that helps each participant progress at their own pace. Workshops follow a Q&A-style format, allowing students to address specific techniques, positions, or problems they have encountered during regular classes. Often, if one student faces a challenge, others do too — so exploring solutions together creates a collaborative learning environment, building confidence and reinforcing safe, effective practice. This class is intentionally more relaxed, focusing on understanding, technique, and development, rather than intensity. Following the workshop, participants enjoy a full open mat session to drill, practice, and consolidate what they’ve learned for a full hour, providing both hands-on experience and repetition in a supportive environment.
